What's Included
Gray coverage is a custom-mixed color service designed to blend or fully cover your gray, depending on the look you want. Some clients want a complete cover for a uniform shade; others want a softer blend that lets some silver come through naturally. We'll talk through both options in your consultation, then mix a formulation specific to your base, your gray pattern, and how much of it is showing.
Who It's For
This service is for anyone who wants their gray addressed thoughtfully. That includes clients with first grays at the temples, clients with a fully silver base who want enrichment without flatness, and clients who have been stuck in a 'box-color cycle' that has left their hair flat, dark, and brittle.
Why Harsh Chemical Free Matters Here
Conventional gray-coverage formulas often rely on high concentrations of harsh ingredients to force pigment into resistant gray strands. That works, but it can leave the scalp irritated and the hair stiff. The harsh chemical free color system we use in studio — free of formaldehyde, parabens, and sulfates — uses gentler chemistry that still delivers true, lasting coverage without the burn.
Maintenance Between Visits
Most gray coverage clients return every 4 to 6 weeks for a root touch-up depending on how quickly your regrowth shows. We can extend that with a strategically placed dimensional service (highlights, lowlights, or a balayage blend) so your regrowth becomes part of the design rather than a deadline. I'll send you home with a sulfate-free shampoo recommendation to extend your color between visits.
What to Expect on the Day
A root touch-up runs about 90 minutes; a full coverage with finished blow-dry takes 2 to 2.5 hours. The studio runs one client at a time, so the experience stays calm and unhurried. Call or text the studio directly to book.
